Happy Monday! I have to say, it feels a little sad to wear blue on the heels of Eric Hosmer’s Royals departure. Small fun fact – I’m a huge baseball fan, and the Hosmer jersey hanging in my closet looks a little tragic today. If you’re not from Kansas City, you’re probably very confused by my melodramatic intro paragraph. If you are, you probably get it – It’s the end of an era for the Royals, and one I’m not ready to let go of!
I had mentioned in my 2018 resolutions post that skincare was on the agenda for me – and that’s one goal I’ve definitely stuck to! I am by no means anywhere close to an expert, but I’ve branched out and started trying to do more and do better to take care of my skin.
Titling blog posts is like writing email subject lines – perpetually awkward, and unfortunately a necessary evil. Maybe one day I will get super savvy and creative, but I’m not confident in that skill set developing anytime soon. Anyone else have email subject line phobia, or is that just me?
Hey friends! Sorry for a bit of a delayed post today – sometimes life gets in the way, and I was a little off my game last night and this morning. However – excited to share this outfit with you today! It’s the first of my ventures into spring clothing (starting off with some looks that still keep me semi-warm), and I’m finally starting to really get excited about the new season!
Happy Friday! I ended up having the craziest week – and I am so, so happy to be back home in Kansas City for a few days. I had some battles with the snow this week – between rental cars and flights, it was beating me in nearly every arena. So, I am so happy that I got here in one piece and can’t wait to spend some quality time with the fam (Dayon, we miss you)!
